Graphic Design Poster
Reflection
I was heavily inspired during this project by fantastical settings. In this poster, the imaginative visuals are meant to serve two purposes; draw the viewer in and visually represent the creative world of graphic design. Like many of my other illustration-heavy projects, the hardest part of creating this poster was finishing in time. I pretty knew much exactly what I wanted the poster to look like from the moment I had heard about the assignment and the creation process went smoothly. |
Climate Change Poster
Reflection
This project was close to my heart because I care deeply about climate change and the effect it will have on my future. No matter how large the mound of evidence pointing towards human-made climate change grows, there are still people who deny it, especially on social media. I wanted this poster to be as dramatic and hard-hitting as possible, hence the intense color palette/shading and the violent imagery. The toughest part of creating this project was finishing on time, but I stayed after school and worked hard to get it done. |
